Set in the very heart of Kuala Lumpur’s skyline, Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur delivers a luxury stay that fuses sleek design, elevated service and extraordinary views. From a private-pool suite to a rooftop infinity experience, every element felt thoughtful and unforgettable.

Location & Getting There

Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur is located at 15, Jalan Kia Peng, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The hotel’s position is superb: you’re right in the city centre, with impressive views of major landmarks like the Petronas Twin Towers, KL Tower and Merdeka 118. You’re also in walking distance to Kuala Lumpur’s most popular shopping malls, such as Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Suria KLCC, The Starhill and so much more.

What makes it special is how the urban setting feels elevated - during our stay we often found ourselves gazing out from high above the city, soaking in the panorama of glass towers and skyline light.

Access is straightforward: it’s close to major mall zones and transport hubs, making shopping, dining and sightseeing extremely convenient. From the airport, the hotel is about 55 minutes to 1 hour away, depending on traffic.

If you prefer taking public transport, the closest MRT station is Conlay MRT Station (on the Putrajaya Line) and it’s approximately a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

Our Room: Panorama Pool Club Suite

We stayed in the Panorama Pool Club Suite (Twin King), and it genuinely felt like a private urban sanctuary. At approximately 1,062 sq ft (98.7 m²), the suite features two king beds, a separate living area and a balcony pool that overlooks the city - yes, a private pool in your suite!


Floor-to-ceiling windows revealed dramatic skyline views, and the stylish décor gave the space a contemporary yet warm feel. The balcony with private pool made the highlight obvious - an elevated stay where you can dive into luxury while gazing across Kuala Lumpur.


As a Club Suite, it also included access to the Executive Lounge  - a nice touch that made our stay feel distinctly premium, as we were able to enjoy evening snacks and drinks.

Facilities

On the 51st floor of the hotel lies one of its most impressive features: the Sky Infinity Pool. Perched high above the city, the pool offers sweeping views of the skyline. Trust us, you do not want to miss out on experiencing this stunning infinity pool! We’ve seen our fair share of impressive swimming pools, and this one is definitely up there.


Alongside the pool is the SkyDeck, where you can take in views of the city from a vantage point like no other. It’s definitely an exhilarating experience walking up there on the glass floor, looking down while being 51 floors in the sky.


The hotel also offers a 24-hour gym for fitness in style named O2 Gym, and the Executive Lounge (for Club guests) serves complimentary refreshments, evening cocktails and business-friendly amenities.


Staying here, you feel removed from everyday chaos yet still right in the city’s pulse. Some of my favourite memories were swimming in the gorgeous swimming pool, fitting in a workout with the most stunning of views, and enjoying the well-designed executive lounge.

Dining & Food

We enjoyed a breakfast buffet at Roselle Coffee House, where the spread was generous, beautifully presented and offered both international and local options. We especially loved the inclusion of Nasi Lemak and Teh Tarik – Malaysian classics that we couldn’t resist!


Our experience at the Executive Lounge also stood out: complimentary beverages throughout the day and evening cocktails gave an extra layer of indulgence to our stay.


Overall, the dining and refreshment experiences aligned perfectly with the hotel’s premium, yet relaxed feel.

Staff & Service

From arrival to departure, the staff at Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur delivered professionalism with warmth. The balance of polished luxury service and genuine Malaysian hospitality made the stay seamless. When you stay at a property like this, the staff make the difference - and here, they clearly did.

Final Verdict

Our stay at Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur was nothing short of exceptional. If you’re looking for a luxury urban getaway in KL where design, comfort and skyline views meet, this hotel should be high on your list.

Between the private-pool suite, elite facilities, panoramic city vista and impeccable service, it delivered both atmosphere and substance.

We left feeling relaxed, impressed and grateful for the experience - and when we think of KL, this stay will definitely stand out.
